Order Processing & Authorization

To maintain a safe marketplace, orders are only processed once payment is successfully authorized and verified.

  • If a payment is flagged for a security review or declined, your order may be temporarily held or cancelled while we verify the details.
  • We reserve the right to review or cancel any order that appears suspicious to protect both our customers and our brand from unauthorized activity.

Currency & International Fees

  • Standard Currency: All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • International Purchases: If you are shopping with us from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees. Please note that Seveck Wellness is not responsible for these additional bank-side charges.

Billing Accuracy

To ensure your 30 or 60-capsule order arrives without delay, please ensure your billing information matches the details on file with your bank. Incorrect or incomplete billing information is the most common cause of payment failure and order cancellation.
