Refund policy
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, unopened packaging.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Note: If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
The Refund Process
To start a return, email us at contact@seveck.com. We will provide Return merchandise number. Send the item directly to same Brooklyn address written in the package label. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Most banks and payment providers take 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
- Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please include clear photos of the packaging and the product in your email. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for these cases.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are only covered by Seveck Wellness if the return is due to:
- Shipping damage upon arrival.
- An incorrect product being sent.
- A verified product defect.
Order Cancellations
We move fast to get your order to you. Because of this, orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it must follow our standard return procedure.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t seen your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
